This cutting board is approximately 11” x 17 1/4” x 1 1/2”. It is meticulously hand crafted in house. Care instructions included.

  • Care Instructions

    1. Do not put in dishwasher!
    2. Do not soak in water!
    3. Hand wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry.
    4. When necessary, sand with 220 grit sandpaper.
    5. When necessary, reapply food-safe mineral oil. Never use vegetable oil! ( The product I use is Howard Butcher Block Conditioner)
